Please note that live plants are subject to specific health guarantees and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery if any issues arise.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our nursery team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
