How do you ensure plants survive during shipping?
We use specialized nursery packaging designed to secure the root ball and protect delicate foliage. Each plant is carefully insulated based on current weather conditions to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in peak health.
What is your policy on damaged or unhealthy plants?
We offer a 48-hour health guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
Do you ship during the winter months?
Yes, we ship year-round. During colder months, we monitor weather patterns and include complimentary heat packs for regions experiencing freezing temperatures to prevent cold damage.
Are the plants I receive the exact ones pictured?
While plants are living things and vary slightly in shape and size, the photos on our site represent the average size and quality of the stock you will receive. We select the healthiest specimen available for every order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard transit takes 2-4 days. We avoid shipping late in the week to ensure plants don't sit in a warehouse over the weekend.
