Anthurium Crystallinum Turtle Tissue Culture
This culture pack includes 1 Anthurium Crystallinum Turtle tissue culture. It comes in agar gel and is ready to acclimate to its new jungle.
Anthurium Crystallinum ‘Turtle’ is a rare and highly sought-after variety admired for its thick, velvety leaves and distinctive, raised veining that resembles a turtle shell pattern. The deep green foliage has a subtle shimmer, while the bold, silver veins create dramatic texture and depth. Each leaf develops its own unique patterning, making every plant a one-of-a-kind addition to any Anthurium collection.
This variety thrives in warm, humid environments and rewards attentive care with increasingly impressive foliage as it matures. Its sculptural growth and luxurious texture make it a standout choice for plant cabinets and high-humidity indoor spaces.

- Step 1- Do not do anything to the culture for 1-2 days to allow them to adjust to the temperature in their new environment
- Step 2- Open the package & wash the agar jelly off the plant as thoroughly as possible. We strongly recommend using running water. A small paint brush can be gently used to assist with the cleaning process. This is one of the most important steps of the process.
- Step 3- Plant your cultures in the medium of your choice. We recommend a chunky blend of coco husk & perlite. We utilize acclimation plugs although there are many great mediums available.
- Step 4- Place them into a clear sealed package (container or plastic bag). Within 24-hours your container will have water droplets forming, which will confirm the container is at 100% humidity.
- Step 5-Place under a grow lights for between 8 & 14 hours a day
- Step 6- Leave plants covered for the first 7 days. The following 7 to 10 days slowly expose plants to ambient air. Each day exposing the plants to slightly more air until fully acclimated.
Our acclimation kits will contain all of the tools necessary for success. Just add water & grow lights to the simple acclimation process to produce healthy acclimated plants!
